• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, title, registration, delivery, and other fees may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.
• A reservation, deposit, or order does not become a binding sale until we accept and confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount you have paid for a canceled order.
• Delivery and pickup arrangements, timing, and any associated fees will be confirmed with you. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery or pickup as described in your order documents.

By providing your mobile phone number to Woody Butts Automotive dba WOW Cargo Trailers — including by submitting an inquiry or reservation form, or by checking a consent box — and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:

• Program description. You may receive recurring SMS text messages from WOW Cargo related to lead and quote follow-up, order and delivery updates, appointment reminders, and promotional or marketing offers.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages as a condition of buying any product or service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Costs.Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. WOW Cargo does not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
• Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@wowcargo.com or (478) 324-8835.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may change, and delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless provider; it is not guaranteed.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by or licensed to Woody Butts Automotive dba WOW Cargo Trailers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woody Butts Automotive dba WOW Cargo Trailers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our website or services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
